Applying to SGS

The application process begins by contacting the Admissions Office to schedule a tour and/or to request an application packet. You may also download an application here.

You are encouraged to visit SGS by attending an Open House or participating in a tour. Visiting the school is not a required part of the application process.

Complete the application and send it back to SGS by January 14, 2010. A completed application consists of:

  • Application Form
  • $75 Non-Refundable Application Fee
  • Student Photo
  • Parent Questionnaire
  • Student Questionnaire
  • Transcript Release Form submitted to your child's current school
  • 2 Teacher Recommendation Forms
  • Personal Reference Form (optional)
  • If you would like to apply for Financial Aid, you must send in the Request for Financial Aid Application Form to SGS. We will then mail you the Financial Aid Application which must be completed by February 4, 2010.
  • Once we receive your application we will schedule a Parent and Student Interview.
  • Admissions and Financial Aid decisions will be mailed on March 18, 2010.
  • Contracts are due to SGS by March 29, 2010.

SGS Collects over 700 Pairs of Shoes for Molly's Mission

The SGS community came together to support Molly Hightower's mission to collect shoes for orphans in Haiti. Students and the community pulled together to donate over 700 pairs of shoes and was mentioned on Q13. Click here to see the clip!
