Girls at the Luncheon

The 2010 Seattle Girls' School Luncheon was a spectacular success, raising over $286,000 for our school (with more pledges and checks on the way)! Celebrating 10 years of developing women leaders, the SGS students led us through an engaging program, honoring our founders and our 2010 Grace Hopper awardees: Dr. Laura Koutsky, credited with creating the world's first HPV vaccine and Nan Stoops, a local leader in the anti-domestic violence movement. "It is an honor to receive this award and be a part of SGS history. SGS truly is empowering girls to become critical thinkers, self advocates, compassionate leaders, and strong independent women.” said Stoops.

Our community’s commitment to developing women leaders was demonstrated through record attendance, unbridled enthusiasm, and an exceptional outpouring of support for the school. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this wonderful celebration. We are truly humbled by your support. There is still time to donate! Help us continue to foster the next generation of women leaders through our unique educational program for middle school girls. Donate now buy following this link! https://app.etapestry.com/hosted/SeattleGirlsSchool_1/OnlineDonation.html
