They will develop straightforward tools for clear and effective communication with others, and perhaps more importantly, with their own inner critic. The ideas shared will come predominately from yoga, philosophy, and biology. This is a holistic course that will provide students with tools to integrate the body and mind as well as to make choices that better serve their overall health and well being.
