A New Home For Seattle Girls’ School

We’ve Secured a Map_SideviewSite for our Future Campus!

It is with immense joy and excitement that the Seattle Girls’ School Board of Trustees announces we are one step closer to a permanent home!

On December 28, 2017, Seattle Girls’ School closed on the purchase of the property and buildings of non-profit Pioneer Human Services’ Mark Cooper House, located at 1700 24th Avenue South in Seattle, just across the street from the Northwest African American Museum.

Read the announcement that was sent to our community of families, alums, and supporters here.

Have questions or want to learn more? Our Head of School, Brenda Leaks, and the Board of Trustees are hosting Town Hall meetings on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at 5 PM and Friday, January 12, 2018 at 8:15 AM. In the meantime, you can direct questions or comments to SGS-campus@sgs-wa.org. We will compile questions received online and discuss them at the Town Hall meetings, as well as publish a response on this page.
