A warm welcome to Seattle Girls’ School’s incoming slate of Trustees

Last week, the Seattle Girls’ School Board of Trustees welcomed a slate of new leaders to join our volunteer Board.  This fantastic group of SGS community members bring a diverse set of perspectives and skills to help propel us into the future. Read more about them below!

We also want to thank the five outgoing trustees for their leadership and dedication to our school. We are so grateful for all you’ve done for our community: Joan Beauregard, Jeffrey Coopersmith, Jennifer Divine, Daniel Lieberman, and Christine Philipps. Thank you for your years of service!

Likewise, we are grateful for the leadership of our Board Chair, Sarah Ewart, and Immediate Past Chair, Simone Davis, who will step down from these leadership positions (but thankfully, remain on the board) after guiding us through the completion our new home and the development of our next strategic plan. Their tireless efforts, along with the rest of our amazing trustees, have put SGS in a position of strength and stability going forward. Liz Marzolf will step into the role of Board Chair.
