Mona Locke | 2019

Mona Locke is currently the Principal Consultant for Locke Global Strategies, LLC. She previously served as the Chief Communication Officer for Swedish and, prior to that, the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at MG2. With more than 20 years of global experience working in both the public and private sectors, Locke has held a variety of positions in journalism, communications, corporate and community partnerships, and government relations. She served for eight years as Washington’s State’s first lady and more recently, she worked at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing on State Department issues pertaining to U.S.-China relations. Locke is also known for founding the Foundation for Early Learning, a non-profit organization working to ensure that every child enters school prepared to succeed, and her advocacy against sexual harassment. She is an active member of her community, having served on the board of Seattle Children’s Hospital, Lakeside School, and the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce.
