5th Grade Math

by Ms. T
Over the last two weeks, fifth-graders have been learning about mathematical probability, and about how to show probabilities as both fractions and percentages. Each student made their own probability-based game, complete with probability-related questions. This week, we played through all student games, using dice, playing cards, student-created cards and student-created boards. Fifth-graders ran their own games and checked over each other’s answers to the probability-related questions.
