SGS welcomes neurodiverse author, poet, and activist LeDerick Horne to present on Disability, Race, and Identity on Thursday, March 9th from 6-7:15 pm. LeDerick will share his own experience navigating special education classes and will give advice to help all students develop positive identities as people with disabilities. Horne will also explore the intersectionality of disability, race, and identity to help them create more inclusive schools and communities. Please see this flyer to learn more and RSVP.
