Adventure & Wellness

Adventure & Wellness Philosophy

At Seattle Girls’ School, Adventure & Wellness is where students develop practical tools for navigating both group dynamics and personal growth. Through movement, mindfulness, and open dialogue, students build confidence in their bodies, learn to set boundaries, and explore what it means to be part of a community. Whether they're solving challenges together, practicing self-defense, or reflecting on healthy relationships, students are encouraged to think critically, communicate clearly, and take positive risks. Our program is designed to support emotional and physical well-being in a way that feels engaging, age-appropriate, and rooted in respect—for self and others.
