Spanish

Spanish at Seattle Girls' School

At Seattle Girls’ School, Spanish, offered for grades 7-8, is a lively, immersive experience that goes far beyond memorizing vocabulary and verb charts. We believe language is connection—connection to culture, identity, and community. Whether students are creating menus, simulating travel adventures, or talking about their favorite foods and music, they’re using Spanish in ways that feel real and relevant. Our classes are playful, thoughtful, and deeply rooted in student voice. Through conversation, storytelling, and cultural exploration, students grow into confident communicators who can navigate the world with curiosity, empathy, and a whole lot of joy!
