Why do you love middle school? I love the energy, enthusiasm, imagination, and quirkiness that middle schoolers bring to my life. I love being part of their journey to self-transformation as they cross the bridge from childhood to full-fledged adolescence. Their emotional, academic, and social development is in constant flux and it makes for an environment that is exciting, fun, and also challenging. In a middle school classroom, every moment brings something new, and I find that possibility quite beautiful.
