Why do I love middle school? Middle school students are fun. They allow themselves to take on different identities and discover who they really are. They give themselves a license to act silly which is so important in language class. Learning a language is challenging and a big part of acquiring a second language is making mistakes. Middle school students accept this about themselves and it carries them far.
