SFA Self Defense Class

The SGS Student-Family Association is offering a free 2-hour self-defense class for students and their adults on Saturday, May 9 from 10am–12pm, led by instructors from Seven Star Women's Kung Fu. Open to all students this year, the class covers practical skills including situational awareness, de-escalation, and physical defense strategies — but spots are limited to 25 participants, so sign up soon!  Register here.
